We're seeking highly motivated HR Advisors to join our growing team. As an expert in your field, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment.

About the Role
  • We offer competitive remuneration packages, including a salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing timely advice and recommendations to clients via various channels. You'll also be a trusted partner, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide practical recommendations to clients.
  • Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to employment relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally.
