Key Role: Clinical Intake Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Intake Administrator. This is a permanent part-time position with the possibility of up to 12 hours per week.

About Our Organisation:

We provide comprehensive health services to the community, including acute care, aged care, community and allied health services. Our clinical intake team plays a vital role in ensuring that referrals are managed efficiently and directed quickly to the most appropriate service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the coordination and management of referrals across various programs and services.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to consumers and staff.

- Utilize computer systems to record and manage data accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Health, Administration, IT or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
