Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Sales Directors with sales operations, including procurement and licensing activities.
  2. Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of licenses and entitlements.
  3. Generate invoices and update the sales pipeline monthly.
  4. Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Salesforce).
  5. Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with the sales and accounting teams to resolve any issues related to invoices or renewal collections.

Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in sales or a similar field.
  2. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, with sales or marketing certification being an asset.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and experience with CRM (Salesforce).
