Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing and managing media bookings, generating reports, and performing other administrative tasks. You will also respond to client requests, meet and greet with clients at sales functions, and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients.

The ideal candidate will be organised, driven, and able to work independently to deliver outstanding results and best-in-market service to our clients. They will be passionate about working within a fast-paced, high-performing sales team that pushes boundaries and leads the media sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients
  • Work with sales executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, as well as from current and lapsed client lists
  • Generate effective and compelling advertising proposals with sales executives
  • Accurately set up accounts and process advertising bookings
  • Manage and deliver campaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client enquiries

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You are a self-starter who is organised, driven, and committed to delivering outstanding results and best-in-market service to our clients
  • You pride yourself on your positive and professional communication style and enjoy participating in a collaborative, results-driven team environment
  • You are eager to learn and have the ambition to build your media sales career from the ground up
  • You possess advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
