About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Zone IT Solutions.

This role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while staying within budget and on schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to guarantee seamless project progression.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, addressing any arising concerns or issues promptly.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects, implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A proven track record as a Construction Project Manager, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • A solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards, complemented by proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
