About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to assist in various construction and civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support to ensure work is completed to high standards, on time, and within budget.

  • The role involves performing a range of physical tasks on-site, including digging, lifting, operating plant machinery, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in civil maintenance and construction operations, providing duties in support of these activities.
  • Maintain safe methods and practices throughout the workday.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience in all community interactions.
  • Work on construction programs and projects in accordance with council standards and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction is desirable but not essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have demonstrated competence in local work team activities and possess a valid MR drivers licence.
  • A current National Police Clearance Certificate is also required.
  • Additional qualifications such as Work Zone Traffic Management and General Plant and Equipment certifications are beneficial.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
