We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Business Partner to join our team at Zenergy, a leading global organisation in manufacturing. As an HSE Business Partner, you will play a critical role in managing internal and external stakeholders to lead and influence across safety within a large manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to lead and influence across safety within a large manufacturing site.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, coach employees, and provide site management and personnel with technical support and advice.
- Drive the safety function with a key influence to all stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Implement the organisation's SMS and EMS, and coach line managers to ensure continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in safety, health, and environment.
- Previous experience managing health, safety, and environment within a large complex organisation at site level.
- Proven track record implementing systems and managing change.
- Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders through a proactive approach.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing health and safety legislative requirements.
