Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounts administrator to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the finance department, including managing financial records, processing payments, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Process payments, including invoices and credit card transactions
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounts administration, preferably in an educational setting
  • Proficiency in Xero, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
