RAC WA: Seeking a Sales Growth Specialist

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering and managing customer relationships by thoroughly understanding and researching their needs. Your primary objective is to identify how our products can best support them, ensuring all interactions are efficient, timely, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster Connections: Build strong relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses to identify how our products can best support them.
  • Regular Follow-Ups: Conduct meetings and follow-ups to educate customers on available options.
  • Drive Sales: Ensure customer interactions lead to successful sales of Business Wise products.
  • Scheduled Meetings: Plan and attend regular offsite meetings to keep customers informed about product benefits and services.
  • Resolve Queries: Address customer queries and complaints with clear, transparent information.
  • Identify Improvements: Spot business process improvements and opportunities.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate account details and log new and existing customer information daily.
  • Retention Programs: Implement retention programs monthly to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify and refine target markets.

To succeed in this role, you must be a proactive, organized, and personable individual who thrives in a sales environment, ideally with experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent communication skills, a competitive spirit, strong relationship-building skills, and proven proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with fortnightly pay. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
