Job Title: Workforce Support Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team in delivering high-quality, confidential, and timely support services across various Directorates.

As a key member of the workforce operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with workforce operations, supporting managers and staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient coordination of workforce-related processes.

You will work closely with the Manager, Workforce Operations to provide administrative support on a range of workforce projects and initiatives.

This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of critical HR functions within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on recruitment and HR matters
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage high workloads and prioritise tasks
  • Guide or mentor staff when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing advice on recruitment and HR matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
