Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our Front Office team.

The Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities

- Lead the Front Office team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction
- Assume responsibility for all activities during periods of senior personnel absence
- Maintain awareness of hotel operations on a daily basis
- Be flexible to work varying hours or days to cover 24/7 operation

Requirements

- A degree in hotel management or equivalent
- Minimum 9 months of industry experience, preferably in a five-star hotel environment
- Innovative approach to guest relations
- Demonstrated leadership skills
