Obstructive Sleep Apnea Management Specialist

Enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments for patients.

About the Role:

This position involves collaborating closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans addressing specific patient needs. You will be an initial point of contact for new and existing clients, conducting diagnostic evaluations and providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
  • Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
  • Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
  • Promote and upsell product range and services
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
