We are seeking a seasoned Product Specialist to join our team, bringing expertise in the scientific field and excellent communication skills. This role involves developing and executing strategic business plans, maintaining customer relationships, and providing professional product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with national product managers to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market dynamics and share trends.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and knowledge.
  • Develop pipelines through marketing efforts and regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Attend relevant conferences and trade shows.
  • Buid and champion strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute territory plans for account penetration.
  • Understand customers' technical requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Leverage customer relationships across the business.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews and provide monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM compliance.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a scientific field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in sales and account management.
