About Our Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales assistant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support in a dynamic environment.

You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Serving customers promptly and efficiently
- Cash handling and standard retail transactions
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Adhering to all back and front of house processes and procedures
- Participating in visual merchandising and stock rotation initiatives

About You:
- 1+ years of sales/customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and reliability
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday between the hours of 5am to 9pm
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
