Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and successful adoption of new service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive enablement strategies, including training programs and materials, to support service transformation.
  • Lead change management activities, conduct readiness assessments, and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Define, track, and report on enablement KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to facilitate new project initiatives and remove barriers to progress.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a champion for both employee and customer experience throughout the transformation journey.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, change management, training, or service management roles, with a focus on transformation or digital initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and communication programs that engage stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience in measuring enablement effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor contract management to ensure smooth operations.
