Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer - Industrial Refrigeration to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the execution of industrial refrigeration projects from initiation to completion. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, risk management strategies, and quality control measures.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the industrial refrigeration sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other relevant project management software.
