Textile Innovation Specialist

You will be responsible for designing and developing softgood concepts, applying your knowledge of fibers, yarns, fabrics, foams, and textile manufacturing & integration methods (welding, bonding, taping, overmoulding, thermoforming, wrapping, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop softgoods that enhance comfort, durability, and sustainability.
  • Investigate, prototype, and evaluate new materials and softgood concepts to optimize designs for functionality, aesthetics, and scalable production.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal manufacturing experts to ensure textile materials and processes are feasible for mass manufacturing.
