About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flour Miller to join our team at our site in North Melbourne, Victoria.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the effective and safe running of the flour mill and associated processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in flour or semolina milling, with a NABIM Milling Certificate or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain flour milling equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer specifications and productivity standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance production efficiency and safety
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance programs for all site mill equipment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in flour or semolina milling (minimum 5 years)
  • Previous experience working as a senior member of a team, coordinating workflow, prioritizing tasks, and motivating other team members to meet high performance standards
  • Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (BRC)
  • Continuing commitment to maintain a safe working environment
  • Proficient in clear communication with a customer-focused attitude
