Job Title:

Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary:

This role involves shaping and influencing the digital landscape of a global organisation, delivering impactful technology solutions that power day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customise D365 F&O using best practice in extension mode.
  • Create custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
  • Implement performance optimisation strategies for critical modules.
  • Conduct architectural reviews of proposed changes to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture and configuration build guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical best practice.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for D365 F&O.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, delivering timely resolutions.
  • Minimise unplanned outages through proactive monitoring and support.
  • Lead systems integration and regression testing for new functionality.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth coordination of testing with stakeholders.
  • Manage deployments and monitor system performance post go-live.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience with Microsoft CRM development across varied project environments.
  • Tertiary qualification in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Experience working on Microsoft D365 or previous Microsoft CRM Online projects.
