Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Professional to spearhead our marketing strategy and amplify our brand presence.

This is a full-time leadership role within the Marketing Department, responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive brand visibility and support agent marketing initiatives.


About the Role

You will work closely with Senior Management to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and print media, manage social media presence, create and schedule engaging content, oversee brand consistency, and mentor team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing creative, brand-aligned campaigns that deliver business results
  • Managing social media presence and creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Overseeing brand consistency across all marketing assets
  • Mentoring and collaborating with the wider team to achieve marketing objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing or brand management role (real estate industry knowledge an asset)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills
