Community Mental Health Team Lead

The Adult Community Mental Health services at Rosebud are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to provide strategic direction and clinical management. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of the service, ensuring high-quality client outcomes through safe, evidence-based, person-centered care.

This role requires advanced leadership skills, with experience in complex environments. The Manager will lead quality improvement activities, accreditation, and service reviews. They will also play a key role in planning and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve service goals
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
  • RPN only: postgraduate qualification in Mental Health or completion of a specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
  • Extensive experience in community mental health
  • Advanced leadership skills and ability to lead in complex environments
