Ultrasound Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of general ultrasound exams, including MSK, obstetrics and interventional imaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, utilizing your expertise in sonography to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement protocols for optimal exam performance, adapting to a range of clinical scenarios.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care and support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR) as a Sonographer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Evidence of ongoing personal CPD, and a commitment to contributing to the development of others.
