Job Title:

Financial Planning Assistant

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for providing professional administrative support to wealth management activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Private Wealth Advisers to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for wealth management activities, including scheduling client meetings and diary management.
  • Work closely with Private Wealth Advisers to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Respond to general client queries and requests.
  • Prepare documents for client reviews and maintain client records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within financial services or a related industry is preferred.
  • Current or ongoing study in Business/Commerce, Diploma of Financial Planning and/or RG146 Compliance would be advantageous.
  • Hard-working, resilient and committed to delivering positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with XPLAN is a bonus.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality client service and close attention to detail.
