Client Service Manager Position Overview:
\This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and administrative support in the wholesale/high net wealth sector.
\- Preparation and management of detailed investment documentation
- AML and KYC administration and governance
- Client investment administration
- Client banking, payment transfers, cashflow management and bank transaction reconciliations and reporting
About This Opportunity:
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment administration, excellent client service skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
\- Strong work experience in investment administration, including processing applications, redemptions, capital calls and familiarity with investment related documentation
- Excellent client service skills within the wealth management and advisory sector
- A very strong attention to detail with respect to numerical data
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Discerning and discreet handling of confidential client information
