Wealth Management Professional

This is a middle office function where you deal with internal and external stakeholders, including dealing with external administrators, custodians, CHESS sponsors, and fund managers.
Working alongside our Investment Services Team, you'll manage the onboarding journey for new clients while also supporting existing clients with account maintenance and investment orders. Reconciliation, investigation, and troubleshooting would be part of your day-to-day work Ultimately, you'll set an example for what service to the Private Wealth customer can be - and what that means for our success as well.

The Ideal CandidateIn this role, you'll need experience in banking or investment and wealth, along with operational experience and background in listed equities and/or unlisted investments. You'll confidently manage internal and external relations, and seamlessly handle a workload that's always changing.
Requirements include a minimum of 1- 2 years in a financial/banking services industry with good attention to details and prioritization. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to best support our high-demand wealth business.
We'd prefer candidates with exposure to financial markets and investment solutions, intermediate Excel capability, tertiary qualifications in a business or finance-related discipline, and preferably some relevant industry knowledge.
