About the Role

We're on a mission to elevate digital experiences and become the world's most customer-centric healthcare company.

This 12-month fixed term contract role is part of our digital transformation journey, focusing on delivering strategic content initiatives across multiple channels.

As a Content Designer, you'll be responsible for creating digital content that's radically simple and user-centric, ensuring it meets legal and regulatory standards.

The key objectives include driving alignment and consistency across all content within Sales and Service programs of work, resulting in cohesive experiences within digital ecosystems.

Your Responsibilities

  • User-centred content design: Conduct user research and testing to inform customer-centric content
  • Content quality management: Ensure all content is accurate and in line with brand and design guidelines

You will focus on:

Developing user-centred content strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction

Maintaining high-quality content that meets brand standards

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery

What We're Looking For

We need someone with:

  • Extensive experience in UX-writing and digital content creation in agile environments
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital content principles and user interface design patterns
  • Ability to use analytics and customer insights to optimise content performance
  • Strong background in data-driven content optimisation

A strong team player with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and high initiative is required.
