Job Description

We are seeking an Expert Building Systems Designer to join our Buildings team. As a senior mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing smarter building systems that balance health, comfort, compliance, energy efficiency, and carbon neutrality.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Mechanical systems HVAC design, including chilled water systems, VRF, BMS, IES, Medical Gases, automation, etc.
  • Healthcare design using the WA Health Facility Guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of Australian codes and sustainability standards.
  • Strong communication and project collaboration skills.
  • Ability to obtain baseline clearance (desired).
