We are seeking a Senior Building Systems Design Expert to lead the design and delivery of innovative building services solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical / Hydraulic / Fire Services and excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HVAC / Fire Services and building systems designs.
  • Create project documentation, including reports and specifications, to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure project expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering license or chartered status is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sustainability principles, and building codes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building services design in Australia or the UK.
