Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for leading onboarding for new clients, providing training on system features, and demonstrating effective use of our SaaS platform to enhance operations.

This role involves responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly, providing proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
