Job Title: Fire and Emergency Preparedness Manager
The Fire and Emergency Preparedness Manager is responsible for ensuring that all regulatory, statutory, and compliance-based requirements are met in relation to Emergency Preparedness Training and Evacuation within the scope of our property. This includes maintaining the Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) Membership Register and undertaking an annual review of our Emergency Management Plan. We are looking for a professional with experience in emergency response methodology and practice, as well as knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Review and maintain the ECO Membership Register.
- Undertake an annual review of our Emergency Management Plan.
- Liaise and coordinate with property tenants in relation to emergency preparedness and response.
- Monitor local, national, and global threat and incident trends.
- Conduct and administer all internal site-specific emergency preparedness training.
