About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to further develop their sales career in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of customers, from trade professionals to homeowners, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will be reporting directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Generating sales and meeting targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on tile and bathroom ware selection and installation
  • Processing sales efficiently and accurately, including handling customer transactions and maintaining store inventory
  • Assisting with day-to-day administration tasks, such as data entry and stock management
  • Maintaining the overall appearance and organisation of the store, including visual merchandising and display standards

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A commission-based sales bonus structure, with uncapped earnings potential

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in the tile or building materials industry
  • Proven sales skills and ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Physical stamina to handle manual lifting and movement of products, up to 25kg
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
