Chief Claim Resolution Specialist

As a Senior Claims Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims and ensuring their seamless resolution while maintaining quality and effectiveness to meet regulatory obligations.
This involves proactive claim management, customer complaint resolution, compliance maintenance, and efficient process implementation. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
You will work closely with the Head of Claims to ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accident & Health in a similar position is highly preferred.
- A background in managing the full breadth of the claims management lifecycle.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including up to date awareness of regulatory requirements.
