Job Title: Senior Agile Delivery ManagerFinXL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced delivery manager to lead our business and consulting services for one of our high-profile clients. This role will involve managing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Leader in Business and software development environments.
- Excellent knowledge of the SCRUM framework and associated ceremonies, artifacts, and techniques.
- Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or additional certifications in Agile methodologies or project management.
