Multi-Disciplinary Family Support Professional

As an Orange Door Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering quality responses to families experiencing family violence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client caseloads and provide intake support via phone or in-person visits.
- Deliver screening and triage, assessment, crisis response, service planning, targeted interventions, and coordinated referrals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support integrated risk assessment and planning.
- Apply for brokerage on behalf of clients as required.
- Refer clients to relevant services and provide information and support.
The Orange Door Program brings together professionals from various organizations to deliver a comprehensive practice model and consolidated intake point for:
- Women, children, young people, and families experiencing family violence.
- Individuals who use violence.
- Families requiring support with the care and development of unborn babies, infants, children, and young people.
Our focus is on providing essential services to vulnerable families requiring extra support with the care and development of their children.
