**Job Opportunity:** Orange Door Practitioner
">Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver intake support via phone, within the site and through outreach visits.">
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring support with family violence.">
- Screen and triage clients to identify their needs and provide targeted interventions.">
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to assess and plan for client safety and well-being.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.">
- Experience in child, youth and families welfare, with a focus on family violence.">
- Sound understanding of risk assessment and management principles.">
- Valid and current driver's license.">
