Senior People and Culture Projects Partner

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the workplace, plan and deliver projects, and refine systems to improve experience for employees.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams, overseeing systems and practices, and providing expert advice on workforce analytics, process optimisation, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans to achieve organisational goals.
- Enhance and implement P&C systems and processes.
- Provide leadership in strategic planning, workforce analytics, and change management.
