We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive exciting People & Culture initiatives that bring our workplace to life
You'll lead the planning and delivering of projects that boost employee experience and align with our big-picture goals. Plus, you'll fine-tune our P&C systems to make work smoother, smarter and more inspiring for our employees.
About the role:- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic P&C initiatives across the organisation.
- Oversee and enhance P&C systems and practices to align with organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice and project leadership in workforce analytics, process optimisation, and change management.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across all P&C operations.
- a base salary ranging from $119,030 per annum with performance-based increments up to $132,348 per annum, plus 12% super
- 70-hour, 9-day fortnight role, with flexibility to consider 64 hours over an 8-day fortnight for the right candidate (salary pro-rata for part-time option)

- Hands-on experience leading People & Culture projects in complex settings.
- Experience with HR systems and workforce analytics tools.
- Great at building relationships and influencing people at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Located on thepicturesque far North Coast of NSW, bordering the Gold Coast.
