Senior People and Culture Projects and Operations Partner

Salary: $119,030 up to $127,026 +12% super.

We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive exciting People & Culture initiatives that bring our workplace to life

You'll lead the planning and delivering of projects that boost employee experience and align with our big-picture goals. Plus, you'll fine-tune our P&C systems to make work smoother, smarter and more inspiring for our employees.

About the role:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic P&C initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee and enhance P&C systems and practices to align with organisational goals.
• Provide expert advice and project leadership in workforce analytics, process optimisation, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across all P&C operations.

• a base salary ranging from $119,030 per annum with performance-based increments up to $132,348 per annum, plus 12% super
• 70-hour, 9-day fortnight role, with flexibility to consider 64 hours over an 8-day fortnight for the right candidate (salary pro-rata for part-time option)

We are seeking:

• Hands-on experience leading People & Culture projects in complex settings.
• Experience with HR systems and workforce analytics tools.
• Great at building relationships and influencing people at all levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.

This position is based in Murwillumbah and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
