
People and Culture Change Leader

This position involves leading the development and implementation of people and culture strategies to drive business success.
About the Role- Liaise with stakeholders to identify organisational needs and develop initiatives to address them.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, productivity and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Analyse data to inform decision making and evaluate the effectiveness of people and culture initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Initiative Development: Identify opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives to address these areas.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of people and culture initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary range from $119,030 per annum with performance-based increments up to $132,348 per annum.
- A 70-hour, 9-day fortnight role with flexibility to consider a 62-hour over an 8-day fortnight for the right candidate (salary pro-rata for part-time option).
