Key Role: Property Portfolio Manager

This is a key leadership position responsible for the effective management of a well-maintained portfolio of properties.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance and value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and manage Owners Corporation meetings and events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent outcomes.
  • Process Owners Corporation certificates, maintenance quotes, and database management with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare and issue correspondence, work orders, and other essential documents.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an OC Manager or assistant manager, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Owners Corporations Act 2006.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex budgets and financial information.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
