The Role Summary

As State Manager, you will lead the leadership, performance and direction of our housing services, asset management, maintenance and facilities delivery, and customer service across Western Australia. You'll nurture stakeholder relationships, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the growth and renewal of our housing portfolio.

We seek a highly skilled, committed, passionate leader to take on the role of State Manager for Western Australia.

You have ultimate leadership and responsibility for our housing and services and positioning us as an industry leader in the state. You'll also manage stakeholder relationships, enhance these relationships, and develop new partnerships to ensure continued high-quality services are delivered to our diverse customers.

About the Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A relevant tertiary qualification is required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior manager in community or social services, property services or related private organisation or government department
  • A thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy & legislation in the housing sector
  • A current Driver's Licence is required
  • Satisfactory Police, Working With Children's Checks and NDIS worker screening are necessary
