**Account Management Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of sites and clients, including our key lighthouse client.
As an accomplished senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted client relationships, partnering with other leaders, and managing in a matrix organisation.
The role requires formulating and executing operational plans and cost leadership strategies, motivating and developing teams to success, and ensuring safety leadership and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include full P&L responsibility and accountability, ensuring all systems and controls are operating efficiently and in accordance with Client and ISS Policies and Procedures. You will also be responsible for developing the leaders and in-contract teams through holistic talent management and succession planning.
Requirements for this role include more than 5 years of senior operational management experience in a multi-site portfolio, preferably in a Resources Village, Integrated Services or Hospitality environment. Inspirational leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to safety leadership are essential.
