Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconciliations Manager to join our Finance Operations team. As a Reconciliations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational function of reconciliation services for the Life & Investments and General Insurance businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reconciliation of assigned automated programs
  • Support the Account Manager in delivering high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with our offshore team to drive continuous improvements
  • Provide a high level of service delivery and support to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Insurance background highly desirable
  • Strong numerical comprehension and attention to detail
  • High proficiency using SAP and MS Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
