At Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Consultant to join our team in Kings Park.

About the Role:

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing new membership sales, and ensuring that our members are utilizing their membership fully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maximize new membership sales by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our membership offerings and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our sales strategies are effective

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Australian Residency or be eligible to work in Australia

About You:

  • Do you have a passion for health and fitness?
  • Are you an excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers?
  • Are you comfortable dealing with customers by phone and in person?
  • Do you have a 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic?
