Domestic Cleaning Role

Here's what you can expect:

  • $36.21 per hour including super and vehicle allowance
  • Permanent ongoing employee roles (no contractor or gig work)
  • Career progression: Trainee & Professional Cleaner & Team Leader & Division Manager and more
  • Work-life balance: No nights or weekends
  • Paid induction and ongoing training - no experience required
  • All equipment, uniforms, and chemicals provided
  • Supportive team culture: Regular 1:1s with your local Team Leader and ongoing recognition for great work

To join our team, you'll need:

  • Your own car and valid driver's license
  • A minimum of two days' availability Monday-Friday (the more, the better)
  • Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients
  • Willingness to complete paid training

Some things you'll do as a Field Staff member include domestic cleaning, NDIS disability support cleaning, DVA cleaning, deep/spring cleaning, and bond cleans (which you can opt-in/out of).
