Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

You will apply your clinical reasoning skills to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, ensuring clients achieve optimal outcomes and return to their pre-injury function.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, medical specialists, and other treatment providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Your passion for helping others and commitment to delivering high-quality care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client-centered care
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work
