Administrative Support Role

As an administrative professional, you will play a vital role in providing responsive support to our Home Care Services team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven customer service experience, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and sound organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications from customers and their families/representatives in a professional manner
  • Provide assistance to the team with regards to the procurement of customer-related consumables and equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and encourage input into consumers' progress notes from healthcare professionals and other relevant members of the team
  • Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of the organisation
  • Work in accordance with the organisation's Code of Conduct and ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound organisational skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Details-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
  • Personable nature with a can-do approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • National police clearance (willingness to obtain)
