Internal Communications Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Communications Manager to oversee the development and implementation of corporate and internal communications across our global workforce.

This role will work in alignment with our organisational goals and strategic initiatives to enhance our reputation and brand, building employee advocacy and supporting alignment and consistency of corporate communication.

  • Develop a comprehensive internal communications strategy that provides line of sight and awareness of key topics across the organisation.
  • Liaise with business leaders to develop messaging and content, including creation of written materials and preparation of communications in various formats.
  • Work across internal business teams to develop messaging and communication plans for key strategic initiatives.
  • Enhance the communications capability across the business to ensure timely information flow and relevance of content to optimise cut-through.
  • Take ownership of key internal communication channels and moderate conversations in digital channels.

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within Internal Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism within a strategic corporate function.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work across a range of projects and stakeholders within an organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
