This is a senior-level corporate secretarial position, responsible for leading and coordinating company secretarial services to clients.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with expertise in corporate governance, law, accounting, business, and finance. They will lead a team of professionals providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of corporate secretaries in the provision of company secretarial services to clients
- Coordinating and overseeing the preparation of minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of company formations, deregistrations, and statutory filings
- Providing expert advice on corporate governance matters, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing procedures and controls to improve processes and efficiency
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external parties
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification in Corporate Governance or related discipline (law, accounting, business, and finance)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a legal, corporate secretarial, or financial services environment
- Demonstrated management experience and ability to lead a team of professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and within deadlines
