We are seeking a diligent and vigilant Loss Prevention Partner to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Partner at The Reject Shop, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, employees, and assets. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate incidents of crime and risk in stores and distribution centers, utilizing internal CCTV and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to monitor and maintain CCTV and security systems.
- Lead the management of our business CCTV platform and associated security systems, ensuring ongoing functionality and effectiveness within budget.
- Participate in new security and asset protection initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
