Job Overview

The key role of a Paid Search Director is to lead and manage the delivery of high-impact paid search campaigns that drive business growth.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in paid search management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Nurture positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party suppliers.
  • Oversee a portfolio of digital campaigns, providing recommendations to exceed client expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and monitor the production of client-facing reports, studies, and presentations to meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with strategy and client management teams to drive innovative solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing paid media & paid search management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a paid media / digital marketing team, including management of direct reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and processes involved in running paid media campaigns, particularly Paid Search.
